    • Tenancy: Deciding whether to lease a residential or commercial space to a Search Subject.
    • Educational Admission or Benefits: Assessing a Search Subject’s qualifications for an educational program or scholarship.
    • Personal Credit, Loans, or Insurance: Assessing risk associated with providing credit, loans, or insurance based on existing debt obligations.
    • Business Transactions: Determining whether a Search Subject continues to meet the terms of a personal customer account or other business transaction initiated by an individual consumer for personal, family, or household purposes.
  2. Harassment, Discrimination, or Harm:
    • Causing emotional or physical harm, discrimination, or any kind of doxing or stalking.
    • Acting to harass, intimidate, or threaten others.
    • Engaging in mass-marketing, robo-dial, or spam activities aimed at individuals.
  3. Illegal or Unethical Activity:
    • Using the Site or its information in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
    • Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation.

If you use the Site in violation of these Terms, your permission to use the Site may be immediately revoked, and you may be subject to legal consequences.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION, ARBITRATION, AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER

  1. Mandatory Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider agreed upon by the parties.
