Request for Deletion. If you wish, we can block the records under our control from appearing on our Applications. You may request that your personal information be blocked from search results by using the link below. Unless required by law, we will only accept opt-out requests directly from the individual whose information is being opted out, and we may require identity verification before processing the request. Please note that we cannot remove any information about you from databases managed by third parties. To verify your request, we may ask for additional information to confirm it matches the data we have on file. This information will only be used to process your request. We do not accept opt-out requests via fax or mail.

Despite your request to remove personal information, we may need to retain certain data for recordkeeping purposes, and residual information may remain in our databases and records, which will not be removed or altered.
We have no control over public records and cannot guarantee that a request to remove or modify your personal information will result in the complete removal or alteration of all your information from our Applications.
Opt-Out. You have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information to third parties. Information accessible through our people search tool is aggregated from public records and is not considered personal data. As such, state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), do not apply to this information.

If you choose to request removal via email, please include your full name, address, phone number, and the URL (link) to your listing. This information is necessary for us to locate and process your removal request.
In 2023, we processed 638,393 requests to remove publicly available information from our people search tool. Since opt-out requests are submitted online through our removal tool, they are processed instantaneously.
